With more than 30 years of experience in strategy, management training, and organizational design, Michael has coached scores of leaders and restructured go-to-market teams responsible for over $150M in annual revenue. His work bridges the gap between process and people, creating systems that make performance repeatable while allowing individual talent to thrive.
Before founding Culture of Sales Solutions, Michael built one of North America's largest mid-market CRM consulting firms, serving nearly 3,000 businesses. That experience revealed a lasting truth: sustainable growth doesn't come from tools. It comes from strategy, leadership, and coaching.
A certified business coach and behavioral assessment expert, Michael is also the author of A Culture of Predictable Sales, a novelized guide for sales executives. He continues to work directly with CEOs, investors, and sales leaders to drive lasting sales transformation.

As Founder of NuSvara, a New York-based digital agency, Sean has led marketing strategy, reputation management, and lead generation for clients in a range of industries. He has also built and exited multiple businesses, including Extreme Excellence LLC and MyStockTools.com, both acquired by Cherry Financial Partners in 2008.

Larry Lewis
Larry Lewis brings more than two decades of front-line sales coaching and curriculum development to Culture of Sales Solutions. As the creator of the Client Builder Selling system, he has helped hundreds of sales professionals, business owners, and executives gain greater control, confidence, and consistency in their sales approach.
Known for his practical, street-smart style, Larry has worked with companies of all sizes across North America. He is also the author of Client Builder Selling. Larry holds a BS in Marketing from the University of Virginia and a JD from Duquesne University School of Law.
